Don't drink, don't smoke, exercise, eat healthy, still die.

"It is the firm conclusion of this Board that most scientology and dianetic techniques are those of authoritative hypnosis and as such are dangerous ... the scientific evidence which the Board heard from several expert witnesses of the highest repute ... leads to the inescapable conclusion that it is only in name that there is any difference between authoritative hypnosis and most of the techniques of scientology." - Report of the Board of Enquiry into Scientology by Kevin Victor Anderson 1965

@ridebikeovision The Church of Scientology claims that there is no such thing as a Disconnection policy, but the contract when joining staff says otherwise: "10. ASSOCIATION WITH INDIVIDUALS NOT IN GOOD STANDING. During my service as a staff member, I agree not to knowingly associate, in any way, with former parishioners of the Church or any other Scientology organization who are either no longer in good standing, or have been expelled or have been declared. @ridebikeovision "He punched me in the face at least ten times and my glasses fell off, I was thrown up against a desk unit, a counter top, and that was the moment right then when I realized I could go no further down than this, to be beaten by the leader [David Miscavige] of my so-called church." - Marc Headley, ex-Scientologist and former Executive Producer at Golden Era Production (production company owned by Scientology), Glosslip April 27, 2008

Marty Rathbun, Mike Rinder, Jenna Miscavige Hill, and Larry Anderson have all left Scientology. Have you informed yourself about the abuses that go on within upper management? Or do you care too much about your W.I.S.E. DVD business not to care about the people Scientology hurts?

There's no reason to trust a nutritionist. I'm a nutritionist; why? Because I decided to call myself one, anyone who wants to call themselves a nutritionist can.Now dietician, that's a protected term, you have to be certified, you have to have taken classes to understand diet, you actually have to know stuff to call yourself a dietician without exposing yourself to laws for fraud.Dieticians have to know their stuff, nutritionists don't.
