They do not do that. That is thin plywood that looks like it was all balancing on each other, or at the very most held together with some tape or putty. It is all to scare people.

Uh... Where the hell did you guys just pick up M80s and M1000s for this video. I think an investigation is in order. Was the proper paperwork filed? Were they transported according to DOT standards? Were they stored in an approved magazine prior to use? Did they guy lighting the fuse have a high explosive users permit? Or is it OK for YOU to break the law making videos because you are trying to save OTHERS . What a bunch of hypocrites.

They did this next to traffic, rather than on a bomb range, so obviously they're not terribly worried.
