The Consumer Product Safety Commission has instituted new regulations regarding mattresses requiring strict burn standards. In order to meet these new standards, manufacturers are using well known toxic chemicals such as Boric Acid (roach killer) and Antimony Trioxide. This video will show that the CPSC was not acting on behalf of consumers but on behalf of large mattress manufacturers

Deadly if you get enough of it. Can you get too much from a mattress treated with it? I don't know. Do you need a flame-proof mattress? How many times have you set your mattress on fire? Which beds have boric acid and which beds have deca or formaldehyde? They sure don't tell you. Most people when the learn about the chemicals would rather have a bed without any chemicals (boric acid included). Thanks for the comment.
